At VRO Building Materials, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled and in their original condition and packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- All returns require prior approval from VRO Building Materials.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, transportation and delivery costs unless the return is due to an error by VRO Building Materials or a confirmed defective product.
- Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed, assembled, used, altered or modified products.
- Custom-made, special-order, cut or fabricated products.
- Clearance or Final Sale items.
- Countertops, stone products or other materials that have been cut, drilled or modified.
- Products damaged after pickup or delivery due to improper handling, storage or installation.
INSPECTION & PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Please inspect all products for damage, color, size and quantity at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported to VRO Building Materials before installation.
Natural variations in color, grain, texture, pattern and finish may occur in building materials and are not considered product defects. Products should be inspected and approved before installation.
